What Do We Do?
OUR CLASSES
At Functional Fitness we welcome members of all abilities, our professional coaches work with you to increase your strength and fitness by doing our fun and energetic workouts.
UNLIMITED CLASSES
We offer unlimited classes to all members, that’s over 15 per week!
GYM AREA INCLUDED
Full access to the gym area is included with a Functional Fitness membership.
PROFESSIONAL COACHES
All of our coaches are fully qualified and have experience competing at national fitness events.
VARIED SESSIONS
Every session is different, targeting all aspects of your body from cardio to muscle building.
