WE HAVE TWO MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
With Classes: We host classes everyday, Monday to Saturday. Each session is an hour long and run by our professional coaches. They all aim to make every session different and cater each activity to everyone’s ability. We also run monthly competitions between each class so everyone works together as a team beat their personal best. If you would like to find out more about our classes please feel free to give us a ring and talk to one of our coaches. We can also offer you a FREE trial session before you sign up!
Without Classes: We still open up the area where the classes are held to members. This purely because it is so good! The area consists of free weights, ropes, medicine balls and much more. The area is also fully matted so it is ideal for doing fast-paced interval training on. We also allow you to upgrade your membership to include our professionally run classes at anytime! So if you want to get involved, just ask!
